About me

Recognizing that you carry yourself with you wherever you go encourages self-reflection and introspection. It is a reminder to focus on personal growth, rather than relying on external changes to solve internal issues.

As far as I can remember, languages and different cultures have fascinated me. Speaking four languages, having lived and worked in six different countries helped me broaden my horizons, foster an international mind-set and develop cross-cultural skills.

I have since called many beautiful places Home. Living in different countries and cultures has deepened my understanding of diverse customs and values of various ethnicities.  I understand from my own experience what I have gone through numerous transitions and thus can relate to many of my clients’ goals and challenges. I have made friends with ambiguity and I love helping people embrace change and inspire them to take the first step to becoming the best version of themselves.

With 14 years of experience in the mental health field as a therapist working in the mental health profession, coaching was a natural progression for me after I became fascinated by the action-oriented nature of coaching.  I find that looking toward the future is where so many life-altering moments occur. My mission is to help you create sustainable growth and learning by motivating and inspiring you but you are the creator of your life and through our coaching journey, you will have more clarity to challenge your assumptions, identify your blind spots, optimize your resources, and ensure your actions are aligned with what you want to achieve for a more productive life.

I love to travel and explore the world. I believe that meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, foods, and ways of life, can be incredibly enriching. What I ultimately have learned is that as different as we are geographically, physically, or culturally we have far more commonalities than differences.

Working with clients across Europe (UK, France, Germany, Switzerland and the USA) I use my knowledge and experience to help expats facing similar challenges to those I once encountered.

As a coach, I am a warm, positive, empathetic, intuitive and non-judgemental; I can also cut to the heart of a matter and challenge when needed.

The most rewarding thing about my work is witnessing a client walk away lighter, starting to believe in their strengths again, making the changes, they wish for, being kinder to themselves, and regaining hope for the future.
